Author: You really shouldn’t give a donkey beer (we know, lame, but whatever), but you can, however, get a cat high. Not only is catnip legal and totally safe, but kitties really love it.
Just ask this documentary and its highly serious British narrator, who helpfully explains why cats like to get McConaughey’d just as much as your cousin who still lives at home.
